Never Goodbye
Never Goodbye
Should Goodbye and Farewell
Have not much in common
Then do I wish to bid
Farewell to you, my dear
There seem to hang some clouds
Over the wish Goodbye
That sit not well with me
It sounds much too final
So Ill say, Farewell,
And mean that you should fare well
Then say, Goodbye, to those
I pray should sleep for good
I hope Ill never see the day
Ill say, Goodbye, to you
